As we know after Upgrading Setting, need Self care in order to have Updates from life, that's what we doing, as the only place we go on from here on, or look up to, as art of not doing, simple as that!
Funny thing is that, when you start doing self care on daily basis, what will happen you will find different Discover about your own being and so these discover are nothing but new Upgrade which happen all the time once started living a well tuned life to care about your self,
